MasterChef UK season 13, Sunday premieres Sunday 11 September, 5:10PM

Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti test four chefs' ability to prepare mushroom tortellini and butterflied mackerel before the chefs cook their signature dishes.

The contestants must invent and cook one dish using what's available in the MasterChef market, which is stocked full of amazing produce from all around the world. On offer are pork mince, chicken breast, pancetta, halibut, and mussels.
