Your favourite cooking competition is back! My Kitchen Rules, weeknights at 7PM from Wednesday 22 September

Twelve teams compete to transform an ordinary home into an instant restaurant.

A 3-course meal is judged by the other teams and celebrity chefs Pete Evans and Manu Feildel. The two lowest-scoring teams will be eliminated and the remaining teams compete in various "pressure challenges" and cook-offs for a chance to be crowned My Kitchen Rules Champions and win the grand prize of AU$ 250,000.
