Scandal: Mamkhulu vs Side Chick

This week on Scandal!, things are hotter than a kasi shisa nyama on payday weekend. Mthunzi is starting to lose his cool as Dambisa fumbles her way through their shady plan — pretending to be blind so they can scam Sammy Day. But the hustle hits a snag when Sammy starts dragging his feet, and Mthunzi realises this isn’t going to be as easy as he thought. Over at the Kubeka house, sparks fly when Dintle and Ma’Dlomo have a serious war of words that ends with Ma’Dlomo landing in hospital. If that isn't enough, Kedi’s gambling addiction catches up to her in the worst way — a debt collector rocks up at her workplace, the local supermarket, turning her day into a complete nightmare.

Meanwhile, Vuvu finally gets the chance to confront Dambisa about Mthunzi and what he’s really up to — and you know Vuvu doesn’t mince her words. At the hospital, MaThubela pays Ma’Dlomo a visit and is shocked when Ma’Dlomo opens up about leaving her marriage. Yoh, as if that’s not hectic enough, Ephriam notices his fancy watch is missing and starts suspecting that someone in his circle is behind it. Talitha, ever the peacemaker, encourages Kgopolo to fix things with his brother, especially now that whispers are starting about Mthunzi’s shady behaviour.

Just when it seems like things can’t get worse for Ma’Dlomo, the doctors drop a bombshell — she’s not just stressed, she’s living with an autoimmune disease. Back in the township, Poet’s heated argument with the debt collector accidentally exposes Kedibone’s gambling problem to Ephriam — drama on top of drama! Dintle, trying to make a good impression or maybe just soften the tension, gives Nhloso’s daughter a trendy pair of sunglasses. But knowing Dintle, there might be more to the gesture than meets the eye. All in all, eish, this week is a rollercoaster — and in true Scandal! style, it leaves us with more questions than answers.
