In a desperate race against time, Zwelethu rushes to stop her, only to find her being chased out of the clinic by security. Furious, Thandiswa lashes out at Leroy for betraying her trust.

Heartbroken, Zwelethu drowns his sorrows and bonds with Phakathi over their shared relationship struggles.
