Isiphetho - Mkhapheni

When we meet Mkhapheni, he is happy in his home with his wife, Sli and his son, Jabu. As far as Sli is concerned, he bought the house from the owner before she left to never return. 

But the truth is, he didn’t buy it and can never tell Sli. This is until they get a visitor, Ntando. 

A visitor who is actually the rightful owner of the house. He can’t bring himself to kicking her out, but also can’t reveal why he’s being so nice to her, until Sli boils and demands answers. Mkhapheni is forced to tell her truth at the risk of Sli’s wrath, which she finds difficult to express, as she, too, would not like to tell everyone the truth. As we follow his journey, the two now have to pretend that they do indeed own the house. 

But with situations constantly arising every now and then, almost forcing them to revel the truth, How long with the lie live for?
