Friends Of Amstel Snap-e Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the Snap-e Competition , you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Competition Overview

To qualify for entry into the Snap-e Competition and stand a chance to win exclusive festival tickets, participants must:

· Thursday: Scan the Snap-e marker and engage with the content.

· Friday: Scan the Snap-e marker again and answer the question.

· Saturday: Scan the Snap-e marker for the final time.

Only participants who complete all three engagement actions on the specified days will be entered into the raffle.

2. Prize Details

· The prize is exclusive access to the festival taking place in Johannesburg. Festival dates will be announced at a later stage.

· Festival tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

· Only the individual drawn in the raffle will be eligible to use the tickets.

3. Eligibility

· The competition is open to all users who can access the Snap-e platform and meet the entry requirements.

· You must be able to travel to Johannesburg at your own cost. The prize does not include transport or accommodation.

· If you are not based in Johannesburg, you are responsible for arranging and covering all travel and accommodation expenses.

4. Winner Selection

· Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of participants who completed all three scans and interactions over the competition period (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).

· The draw will be conducted by the Snap-e team, and winners will be notified directly via the platform or the contact details provided.

5. General Conditions

· Snap-e reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these T&Cs.

· By entering, participants consent to Snap-e using their name and/or likeness in promotional materials, if required, without compensation.

· Snap-e reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition at any time without prior notice, should circumstances beyond its control arise.

6. Acceptance

Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Condition
