Breede Valley police and local nature conservationists are still searching for missing crocodiles that escaped from a commercial breeding farm in Bonnievale in the Western Cape. More than 20 of these juvenile, Nile crocs have already been recaptured.

This week a 15 year-old Limpopo girl was arrested and charged with assault.
She was caught on cellphone video footage, assaulting a fellow pupil, Lufuno Mavhungu who's since died, in an apparent suicide in Thohoyandou. But many of us have seen what bullying does. We’ve either been the bully or were bullied. But what is the legal recourse?
Joy van der Hyde from Van Dyk Roelf Attorneys, who joined us to give us some advice,
says currently, there is no such crime as “bullying” and most of the time comes down to harassment or assault.

Lufuno Mavhunga's family is heartbroken after her death, they're still trying to piece together what happened and whether the school did enough to protect her.
This week, a video of Mavhunga being bullied at school emerged on social media.
Mavhungu, reportedly later went home, locked herself in her room, and took her own life.
Speaking to e.tv news, Lufuno's brother Kenneth, says he thinks the video,
which she saw, may have informed her tragic decision to overdose.

So, do we have a problem of politically skewed judges?
To answer that question we were joined by Alison Tilley.

As South Africa commemorates Human Rights month, the rights of women living with HIV have come into sharp focus. In February 2020, the Commission for Gender Equality released its findings, into the forced sterilisation
of women living with HIV in public health facilities. The Commission found that complainants, were not provided with adequate knowledge on the sterilisation procedure, before being asked to consent. On Thursday the Her Rights Initiative held a briefing, demanding justice for the affected women. To tell us more, we were joined by Sethembiso Mthembu, the founder of Her Rights Initiative. She says she wants to see justice for the women.
