It’s been more than four years since former Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela,
instructed then president Jacob Zuma to appoint a judicial commission of inquiry into state capture. He fought that instruction in the courts and lost, and he's remained defiant ever since. We had a chat to Advocate Thuli Madonsela, who many say started this entire process. She's now a law professor at Stellenbosch university.
